About the Role
We’re looking for a passionate and innovative Assistant Manager – Experienced Community Manager to join our Brand Culture and Consumer Experience team. Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Strategic Partnerships & Experiential, you’ll help bring our brand to life through community engagement, influencer collaboration, and consumer-facing events that truly resonate with Gen Z and core audiences.

What You’ll Do
✨ Be the voice of the brand in real-time at activations—managing content creation and community engagement.
✨ Support execution of high-impact consumer, influencer, and PR events.
✨ Help shape new partnerships across lifestyle, sports, gaming, and beyond.
✨ Coordinate with internal teams (TikTok Shop, Loyalty, College Ambassador Program) to align product campaigns and digital initiatives.
✨ Manage logistics—track and distribute product shipments, maintain event inventory, and ensure every detail is flawless.
✨ Collaborate cross-functionally to execute aligned, 360-degree brand experiences.
✨ Track trends across beauty and culture to drive strategic innovation.
✨ Scout, research, and propose fresh partnership ideas that expand our community impact.
✨ Attend and staff brand events as a key ambassador.
Who You Are
